三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的制备及性能研究
Production and Properties’s Study of the ternary-boride based cermet
【摘要】 研究了三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的制备工艺、性能测试及烧结温度对其性能的影响 ,发现在 12 80℃下合成的三元硼化物基金属陶瓷具有较好的力学性能。用扫描电镜对三元硼化物基金属陶瓷进行了必要的显微结构分析 ,为此类金属陶瓷的研究提供了重要的理论和实用价值。
【Abstract】 In the paper the manufacturing technique and the property testing of the ternary-boride based cermet were studied.The results showed that the ternary-boride based cermet fabricated at 1280?℃ has the superior mechanical properties.By means of SEM,the microstructures of the ternary-boride based cermet were analyzed. There is great theoretical and practical significance for studying cermet.
