【摘要】 介绍了国内外目前以 PSA技术进行空气分离制备氧气所用沸石分子筛吸附剂的研究状况。从研究结果来看 ,N2 吸附容量和 N2 / O2 分离选择性的提高主要通过对沸石分子筛 4 A和 13X进行离子交换 ,以对其表面进行改性 ,从而调整对 N2 、O2 的吸附性能。另外 ,沸石分子筛制备过程中的硅铝比和成型条件等对 N2 和 O2 的吸附也有一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviewed research of zeolite adsorbents for preparation of oxygen through the air separation by PSA technology.The result indicated the capacity of nitrogen adsorption and the selectivity of nitrogen/oxygen can be improved through using ion-exchanged 4A and 13X type zeolite by various cations.Meanwhile,the other influence factors are also discussed,such as silicon and aluminum ratio in the preparation process and the form condition.更多还原
