丙烯酸、硫酸和硫酸氢铵混合溶液中丙烯酸的直接测定和间接测定

【摘要】 介绍了酸碱滴定法对丙烯酸、硫酸和硫酸氢铵混合溶液中丙烯酸的直接测定和间接测定方法。直接测定法标准偏差为0 .2 0 ,变异系数为 0 .2 3 % ,回收率为 96.0 %~ 97.5 % ,测定所用时间约需 3 0min。间接测定法结果有偏差 ,但操作简便迅速 (不到5min)。两种方法可在丙烯酸生产控制分析不同要求下使用。

【Abstract】 A method for direct and indirect determination of acrylic acid in the mixed solution of acrylic acid, sulfuric acid and ammonium bisulfate was introduced. The standard deviation of the direct method was 0.20 and the coefficient of variation was 0.23%. The time of determination was about 30 min. The recovery was between 96.0%~97.5%. The indirect method had deviation but with high-speed (<5min)and operational simplicity. The two methods can be used for the quality control of acrylic acid on production line.
