新型七嵌段共聚物聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚磷酸酯型破乳剂的合成
Synthesis of the New-style Hepta-block Copolymer Polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene Polyether Phosphate Ester Demulsifiers
【摘要】 新型七嵌段共聚物聚醚磷酸酯型破乳剂是针对高含水稠油研制的一种水溶性高分子破乳剂 ,具有脱水率高、脱水速度快、油水界面齐的特点。本文介绍了该剂的研制、性能和试验的结果。结果表明 ,新型破乳剂用量为 0 .0 1% ,脱水温度 60℃时 ,脱水后原油中水含量≤ 0 .5 % ,脱出水中原油含量 0 .0 3 8% ,达到国家规定的标准
【Abstract】 The new-style hepta-block copolymer polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene polyether phosphate ester demulsifiers is prepared for dehydrating high water cut and viscous heavy crude oil of district X of Shengli Oil-field Gudao Oil Production Factory. In a series of laboratory experiments these water-soluble demulsifiers are superior to those demulsifiers used at present in dehydration rate, demulsifying rat and separated water quality, distinct oil/water interface. With BPE7-P4 # in 0.01% at dehydrating temperature 60℃,qualified crude of water content ≤0.5% and separated produced water of oil content 0.038% are obtained.
