【Abstract】 An integral management system (financial management system, military informative management system) is composed of many management subsystems which are required to have different safety factors. Based on this basic fact, this paper puts forward the concept of safety fuzzy management, gives the model of safety fuzzy management, the arithmetic of safety fuzzy management, arithmetic theorems and the applications of safety fuzzy management.
