汽车磁流变液减振器的扰动器设计探讨
The design of blender used in an automotive shock absorber with magnetorheological fluid
【摘要】 磁流变液中的磁性粒子具有沉淀特性,容易导致磁流变液性能不稳定,限制了它的应用范围.分析了汽车用减振器磁流变液沉降区,阐述扰动器的工作原理,提出汽车磁流变液减振器的扰动器设计方案,以期改善磁流变液减振器的使用性能.
【Abstract】 Since the subsiding feature of the magnetic particles in magnetorheological fluid (MRF) could result in an unstable performance, the application of MRF is limited. The subsiding area of MRF used in an automotive shock absorber is analyzed in detail. The working principle is illuminated and the design of a blender in use is explained to make the shock absorber work smoothly.
