碳酸铵法制备活性氧化锌

【摘要】 研究了用菱锌矿一次精选后矿粉,经硫酸酸溶、过滤后,利用氧化法及置换法除去杂质;用廉价的碳酸铵制备成碱式碳酸锌,经过滤、烘干、煅烧,最后得到活性氧化锌的生产工艺.

【Abstract】 Active zinc oxide is an important chemical additive. A process for the production of active zinc oxide was explored using the primary cleaning calamine powder as raw materials. The calamine powder was firstly dissolved in sulfuric acid followed by filtering to isolate the insoluble substance. Both oxidation method and substitution method can be used to remove the impurities contained in the aqueous solution. After that, zinc carbonate was formed and precipitated by addition of low-cost ammonia carbonate. Finally, active zinc oxide was prepared by incinerating the filtered zinc carbonate.
