【Abstract】 In the whole process of acquiring, disposing and applying information, the "Digital Earth" technical system is divided into several subsystems such as data acquiring and refreshing subsystem, data disposing and memorizing subsystem, data and information transferring subsystem, application subsystem (application model base), standards and other related subsystems.
