磁控溅射制作铝电解用惰性阳极
Preparation of inert anode in aluminium electrolysis by magnetron sputtering
【摘要】 利用磁控溅射的方法,在Ni基体上形成致密的氧化物薄膜,用做铝电解实验的惰性阳极.用X射线衍射(XRD)分析、电子显微(SEM)分析,对实验前后薄膜的成分、形貌进行了定性分析和观察.实验结果表明:薄膜纳米尺寸的微小颗粒紧密排布;在960℃冰晶石熔盐电解质中,试样电极具有良好的耐腐蚀性能.
【Abstract】 The NiO membranes were prepared on the Ni-plate by the magnetron sputtering technique. The samples mentioned above were used as inert anodes in aluminium electrolysis experiments. The composition and structures of the membranes before and after the experiment were analyesd quantitatively by X-ray diffraction and SEM. The results show that the minute particles of the membrane distribute tightly and the testing anodes are well corrosion-resistant in ice crystal rock melt salt electrolyte at 960℃.
