【Abstract】 Based on the current digital high-speed optical component, this paper brings forward a method of pre-distorted in the front circuit and compensated in the back circuit to realize X-band analog signal optical transceiver. The paper particularly discussed the method to realize the direct modulation and extern modulation. And analyzes their carried out method, technique index, construed optic receiver.
