【摘要】 对 1株螺旋状专性化能自养铁氧化细菌ML 0 4的 16SrDNA基因PCR扩增产物进行了序列分析 ,并以 16SrD NA序列同源性为基础构建系统发育树 ,结果表明 ,ML 0 4菌株与氧化亚铁钩端螺旋菌 (Leptospirillumferrooxidans)具有较大的差异性 ,而与嗜铁钩端螺旋菌 (Leptospirillumferriphilum)的相似度达 99.7%以上 ,属于同一类群更多还原

【Abstract】 The sequence of 16S rDNA gene was analysed for the PCR product of a vibrio shaped, chemolithoautotrophic iron-oxidizing bacterium ML-04. A phylogenetic tree was constructed by comparing with the published 16S rDNA sequences of the relative bacteria species. In the phylogenetic tree ML-04 and three Leptospirillum ferriphilum stains constitute a branch and L. ferriphilum Fairview, L. ferriphilum ATCC49881 are the two closest relative with more than 99.7% sequence similarity. The results indicate that strain ML-04 is belong to Leptospirillum ferriphilum.更多还原
