铝电解用惰性阳极钙钛矿陶瓷的物性探索
The physical properties of the inert anodes based on perovskite-like Oxygen-Ceramic for Al electrolysis
【摘要】 选择LaxFe1 xO3,LaxNi1 xO3,LaW0 .2 5 xFexNi0 .75O3和LaSrMn1 xWxO3等材料作为铝电解用惰性电极 ,对其电阻率及抗熔融冰晶石—氧化铝熔盐的腐蚀能力进行了研究 .结果表明 ,样品的电阻率能满足铝电解生产的要求 ,但耐腐蚀性尚需进一步提高 .
【Abstract】 La xFe 1-xO 3, La xNi 1-xO 3, LaW 0.25-xFe xNi 0.75O 3 and LaSrMn 1-xW xO 3 have been chosen to the inert anodes for Al electrolysis. The resistivity and the corrosion strength in molten cryolite-alumina are researched. The resistivity of the samples is low enough for manufacturing but the corrosion strength need to be improved.
