【摘要】 目的:研究E-cad在结肠癌的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测E-cad在32例结肠黏膜、30例结肠腺瘤、96例结肠腺癌组织中的表达。结果:E-cad在32例结肠黏膜中的异常表达为2例(6.25％),在30例结肠腺癌中的异常表达为8例(26.67％),在96例结肠腺癌病例中的异常表达为52例(54.17％),三者间的E-cad异常表达率具有非常显著差异(x~2=25.28,P<0.001)。E-cad在低分化腺癌中的异常表达率显著高于高、中分化腺癌(x~2=13.28,P<0.001)。结肠癌浸润全层病例的E-cad异常表达率显著高于浸润肌层者(x~2=6.21,P<0.05)。结肠癌伴有淋巴结转移者的E-cad异常表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移者(x~2=5.99,P<0.05)。E-cad异常表达率与结肠癌Dukes分期相关(x~2=9.41,P<0.01)。结肠癌呈E-cad异常表达病例的5年生存率远低于E-cad正常表达者(x~2=9.16,P<0.01)。结论:E-cad的异常表达与结肠癌的发生发展有关,检测E-cad的表达可作为判断结肠癌的生物学行为和预后的重要指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and significance of E-cadherin in colon carcinoma.Methods:The expression of E-cad-herin was studied by immunohistochemistry straining method(S-P method)in 32 cases of normal colon mucosa,30 cases of colon adenoma and96 cases of colon carcinoma.Results:The abnormal expression of E-cadherin was observed in 2 of 32 normal colon mucosae(6.25%),in 8 of30 colon adenomas(26.67%)and in 52 of 96 colon carcinomas(54.17%).E-cadherin abnormal expression rate of poorly differentiated ade-nocarcinoma was significantly highter than those of well differentiated adencarcinoma and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma(x~2=13.28,P<0.001).The abnormal expression rate of E-cadherin in colon carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher thanthose without lymph node metastasis significantly(x~2=5.99,P<0.05).The abnormal expression rate of E-cadherin correlated with Dukes’stage(x~2=9.41,P<0.01).The 5-year survival rate in cases of normal expression E-cadherin was significanly higher than that in cases wirhabnormal expression of E-cadherin significantly(x~2=9.16,P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of E-cadherin can be regarded as a valu-able indicator for evaluating biological behavior and the prognosis of colon carcinoma.更多还原
