【摘要】 目的　探讨无瘤术在大肠癌治疗中的价值。方法　回顾性分析 1995年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 5月我科手术治疗的大肠癌病人 2 15例的临床资料 ,随机分为两组 ,甲组应用无瘤术 ,乙组未用无瘤术 ,比较两组中DukesB和C期病例的疗效。结果　甲组的病人 3年生存率高于乙组 ,而局部复发种植转移率甲组低于乙组。结论　应用无瘤术确能提高大肠癌的疗效 ,外科医生应重视和掌握无瘤术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of the no-tumor procedure in the treatment of colore-tal cancer.Methods Clinical data of 215 cases of colorectal cancer were analyzed retrospectively from May, 1995 to May, 2003.The cases were divided into two groups:group A and group B.Group A was under the no-tumor procedure,and the group B was not under the no-tumor procedure.The curative effects of the cases with Dukes B and C in the two groups were compared separately.Results The 3-year survival rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and the rates of local recurrence,plantation and metastasis of group A were lower than those of group B.Conclusion The no-tumor procedure can indeed increase the curative effect on colorectal cancer.The surgeons ought to think highly of and master the no-tumor procedure.更多还原
