高速高精度数控车床主轴系统三维稳态温度场的数值分析
Data Analysis of the 3-Dimension StableTemperature Field for High-Speed SpindleSystem on NC Precise Lathe
【摘要】 基于高速高精度数控车床主轴系统内部热源的分析 ,在ANSYS/Thermal模块中建立了主轴系统三维温度场有限元模型 ,计算了温度场 ,并预测各部件热平衡时的温度场分布和温升。通过拟合得到主轴和箱体最高温升与转速关系曲线 ,该曲线可以用来预测主轴和箱体在主轴不同转速下的稳态最高温升 ,对主轴系统结构改进提供技术支持。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis for internal heat sources of high-speed spindle system on NC precise lathe,the finite element model of the 3-dimension stable temperature field of spindle system is established in the ANSYS/Thermal module,and the temperature field is calculated. The result of calculation can estimate the temperature distribution and rise of every part when the system is in the stable state. The curve of the spindle and the headstock’s highest temperature rise and rotational speed is gained by fitting ,and it can be used to estimate the highest temperature rise of the spindle and the headstock when the spindles rotates at different speeds,and provides technological support to improve the struture of the spindle system.
