攀钢高炉提高烟煤配比工业试验

【摘要】 改造了喷煤设备 ,完善了喷煤安全设施 ,优化了制粉和喷吹工艺制度 ,在实验室研究了不同条件下瘦煤的爆炸性 ,并在攀钢高炉开展了提高烟煤 (瘦煤 )配比的工业试验 ,瘦煤配比由 35 %提高到 5 0 % ,高炉燃料比降低 5 1kg/tp ,煤焦置换比达到 0 834,实现了安全制粉和喷吹。

【Abstract】 Injection of pulverized coal equipments have been reformed, the safe device has been improved, and optimization of technology system of rubbing coal and injection of pulverized coal has been achieved. Meagre coal detonation under different conditions has been measured and the industrial experiment on injection of bituminous coal with high mixing ratio into blast furnace has been carried out at PZH steel. Increment of mixing ratio of meagre coal from 35% to 50% results in blast furnace fuel ratio to be reduced by 5.1kg/tp and replacement of coke with coal in a ratio of 0.834. Safe rubbing coal and injection of pulverized coal has been achieved.
