【摘要】 全面研究了时效温度和时效时间对 17 4PH不锈钢时效硬化过程的影响 ,用X衍射分析了硬化机制。结果表明 ,Cu的析出是其硬化的原因。时效温度越高 ,硬度上升越快 ;在 4 6 0℃及其以下的温度时效 5小时也未见硬化峰 ;高于 4 6 0℃的时效会出现硬化峰 ,温度越高 ,硬化峰出现的时间越早 ,过时效会导致软化 ,温度越高 ,软化的速度越快

【Abstract】 The influence of aging temperature and time on 17-4PH Stainless Steel is studied,and the mecharuism of this steel’s precipitation hardening is analyzed by using XRD.The results show that precipitation of copper is the reason of hardening.The higher temperature of aging is,the more quickly material’s hstfnrdd sdvrnfd.When the temperature is at or under 460℃,the hardness peak of the aging-hardening curve isn’t come up even has been aged for 5 hours.While the temperature is high than 460℃,the peak appears.If the temperature becomes higher,the peaktime will come earlier.Overaging will lead to softening of the steel,and the rate of steel’s softening increases with increasing the aging temperature.
