山女鳟耗氧量与体重、水温的关系的研究
The Correlation between oxygen consumption of Oncorhyrchus masou masou and body weight,water temperature
【摘要】 通过对体重 0 5 3g和 75 5 8g的山女鳟 ,在 7℃、 1 0℃、 1 3℃、 1 6℃、 1 9℃ ,5个范围耗氧的测定 ,研究了山女鳟耗氧量与体重、水温的关系 ,结果表明 :耗氧量随着体重和水温的增加而增加 ,耗氧率随着体重的增加而减少 ,在 1 3℃~ 1 6℃水温范围内 ,水温增加但耗氧率增加不明显 ,水温在 1 6℃时 ,耗氧量与体重的关系为 :R =0 362 1W0 7848(R :耗氧量mg/h .尾 ,W :体重 ,g) ,在体重 0 5 3g时 ,耗氧量与水温的关系为 :R =0 0 1 73T - 0 0 393,75 5 8g时 ,耗氧量与水温的关系为 :R =0 82 5T - 1 72 5 (R :耗氧量mg/h .尾 ,T :水温 ,℃ )。山女鳟耗氧率具有昼夜变化 ,表现出明显的节律性 ,在 1 3:0 0时耗氧率达到最高值 ,2 2 :0 0时达到最低值。山女鳟的窒息点在 1 2~ 1 98mg/L。
【Abstract】 The experiment study the correlation between oxygen consumption and body weight & water temperature,that uses body weight 0 53g and 75 58g,on five groups of water temperature 7℃,10℃,13℃,16℃,19℃.The results show:oxygen consumption of Oncorhyrchus masou masou increases with body weight and water temperature increases,at the range of water temperature 13℃~16℃,oxygen consumption increasing isn’t obvious with water temperature increases.while at 16℃,the relationship between oxygen consumption and body weight is R=0 3621W 0 7848 (R:oxygen consumption,mg/h·fry,W:body weight,g),at body weight 0 53g,the relationship between oxygen consumption and water temperature is R=0 0173T-0 0393,at body weight 75 58g,the relationship between oxygen consumption and water temperature is R=0 825T-1 725 (R:oxygen consumption,mg/h·fry,T:water temperature,℃).Oxygen consumption rate of Oncorhyrchus masou is also characterized by timeliness from day to night,it can reach the tip at 13:00 PM,and the trough occur at 22:00 PM.The Asphyxiation point is 1 2-1 98 mg/L.
