【摘要】 为了探讨过度训练对红细胞免疫功能的影响。采用红细胞免疫检测花环试验的方法,对红细胞的免疫功能进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明,第四周末,训练组红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)与对照组比较,无显著性差异;第八周末,训练组RBC-C3bRR和RBC-ICR与对照组比较,显著下降。以上结果显示,过度训练对红细胞免疫有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the relationship between erythrocyte immune function over-training in rat. It was adopted the normal rosette test method, the result shows that there is no abnormal change on the RBC-C3b and RBC-IC of over-training group is all seriously destroyed compare from control group. Conclusion shows that the body抯 immune function (erythrocyte immune) will be inhabited after over-training.更多还原
