【摘要】 目的 :观察黄心胶囊镇咳、祛痰及镇痛作用。方法 :黄心胶囊对浓氨水所致小鼠及豚鼠咳嗽的影响、对小鼠气管排泌酚红及对大鼠排痰量的影响、对化学、物理刺激所致小鼠疼痛反应的影响。结果 :灌服黄心胶囊 5 0 0、2 5 0、1 2 5mg/kg能明显减少浓氨水引起小鼠的咳嗽次数 ,2 5 0mg/kg能明显减少浓氨水刺激引起豚鼠的咳嗽次数。灌服 2 5 0mg/kg具有显著增加气管排泌酚红的作用 ,而灌服 62 5、5 0 0和 3 75mg/kg能显著增加大鼠的排痰量。给小鼠灌服黄心胶囊 2 5 0、5 0 0、62 5mg/kg能显著地减少醋酸所致的扭体反应次数和提高对热刺激的痛反应阈值。结论 :黄心胶囊具有镇咳、祛痰及镇痛的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the antitussive, expectorant, analgesic effect of Huangxin Capsule. Methods: The capsule’s effect on the cough of mice and guinea pig stimulated by ammonia; expetorant effect on mice; the analgeic effect on mice stimulated by hot plate and acetimeter. Results: The mice’s cough obviously decreased by 500, 250, 125mg/kg huangxin capsule; guinea pig’s cough stimulated by ammonia also obviously decreased by 250 mg/kg huangxin capsule. 625, 500, 375mg/kg huangxin capsule obviously increased phlegm quantity on rats, and 250mg/kg this capsule could increase ejective hydroxybenzene from trachea. 250, 500, 625mg/kg Huangxin capsule obviously has analgesic effect. Conclusion: The huangxin capsule has antitussive, expectorant and analgesic effects.更多还原
