【Abstract】 The development, utilization and management of the water-ebbing-and-flowing area of the Three-Gorge reservoir is a long-term systematic project where the popular will inclines and an important part of realizing sustainable development and ecological economy corridor in the Reservoir region. Further research and careful inquiry into it is of great significance. This paper, taking the facts in Wanzhou into account, makes preliminary analysis and thought of the formation and classification, the management and harnessing, and the development and utilization of the water-ebbing-and-flowing area and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.更多还原
