【摘要】 目的 :对比分析唾液和血清尿素、Cre含量 ,了解二者的相关性。方法 :对 5 2例健康人组和 31例肾病患者同时测定唾液和血清中的尿素、Cre水平。结果 :健康人组唾液、血清尿素有较好的相关性 (r=0 .782 ,P <0 .0 1) ,Cre无相关性 ;肾病患者唾液和血清尿素、Cre均有较好的相关性 (r=0 .897,P <0 .0 1;r =0 .773,P <0 .0 1) ;肾病患者唾液尿素和Cre水平均较健康人显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :唾液中尿素检测是一项良好的肾功能评价指标 ,唾液Cre分析可以作为肾脏损害病筛选指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To learn the correlations of levels of urea and creati nine insaliva and serum .Methods:Levels of urea and creati nine were deter mined insaliva and serum from 5 2 healthy persons and 31 patients with renal diseases.Results:Insalivaand sera from heal thypersons,there was correlation bet ween levels of urea (r=0 .782 ,P <0 .0 1) ,and there was not correlation bet ween levels of creatinine .Insaliva and sera from patients with renaldiseases,there was correlation bet ween levels of urea(r=0 .879,P <0 .0 1) ,and there was also correlation bet ween levels of creatinine (r=0 .773,P <0 .0 1) .Levels of urea and creatinine in saliva and sera from pa tients with renal diseases were higher than those from healthy persons (P <0 .0 1) .Conclusions :Levels of urea and creatinine in saliva may be used as indicators of renal damage .更多还原
