【摘要】 秘书是领导的参谋和助手 ,其工作从属于领导工作并为领导工作服务 ,秘书的工作是被动的 ,但秘书工作的被动性不是绝对的。秘书在自己的工作范围之内 ,可以发挥主观能动性 ,在被动中求得主动。秘书发挥主动性 ,有利于提高工作效率 ,更好地完成各项任务。本文阐述了秘书如何在工作中发挥主动性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A secretary is the brainman and assistant of her/his leader and her/his job is subordinate to that of the leader and serves the leader. In a way, the secretary’s job is passive in nature, but that passiveness is not absolute. Within the domain of her/his work, a secretary can and should bring her/his initiative into full play and turn the passiveness into activeness. The initiative on the part of the secretary is favorable for the enhancement of work efficiency and for the successful accomplishment of the tasks.
