【Abstract】 Accompanied by unceasing development of higher education, college graduate employment rate and quality have been regarded as an important index in the estimation of the quality of institutions of higher education. It is of great importance to improve employment rate and to reinforce whole-course education and guidance to the students. This paper reports the results of an investigation of employment-related factors among students of a few majors and discusses the possible countermeasures for the reinforcement of the job.更多还原
