【摘要】 对幼建鲤维生素C缺乏症进行了研究。选择体重为 (11 18± 0 5 7) g (P >0 0 5 )的健康幼建鲤 192尾 ,平均分成两组 ,每组 96尾 ,每组设 3个重复 ,每个重复 32尾 ,饲喂含维生素C 0mg/kg、6 0mg/kg的半纯合饵料 133d。结果表明 :缺乏组的心脏重量、脾脏重量、肝胰脏重量、性腺重量、后肾重量、性腺体指数极显著地降低 (P <0 0 1) ,心体指数、后肾体指数极显著地提高 (P <0 0 1) ,而肝体指数、脾体指数差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;缺乏组表现出体色变黑、尾柄和鳍发黑、鳍基部出血、鳍条糜烂、脊柱侧凸、尾部明显弯曲等症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the deficiency of vitamin C in juvenile jian carp (Cyprinus carpio Var.Jian). In the trial, 192 juvenile jian carps \[initial weight of (11.18±0.57)、g\] were randomly allocated to 2 groups, fed on the semi-purified diet containing vitamin C 0、mg/kg or 60、mg/kg respectively for 133 days. The results indicate: the deficiency of vitamin C in juvenile jian carp, the heart weight, spleen weight, hepatopancreas weight, gonad weight, metanephros weight, gonad weight/body weight decrease significantly (P<0.01), heart weight/body weight, metanephros weight/body weight increase significantly (P<0.01), but the hepatopancreas weight/body weight, spleen weight/body weight are not of significant differences in two groups (P>0.05); skin and fins color turning darker, hemorrhages and erosion of fins, spinal deformities and scoliosis.更多还原
