纳滤软化除盐效果的研究
STUDY ON WATER SOFTENING BY NANOFILTRATION
【摘要】 采用NF90和NF270两种纳滤膜对南京市自来水进行了软化处理的试验研究。详细考察了操作压力和水温对产水量、硬度去除率(脱硬率)、脱盐率、回收率的影响,并根据溶解-扩散理论模型对试验结果进行了分析。试验表明在较宽的操作压力(0.4~1.2MPa)和温度(15~30℃)范围内,NF270膜及NF90膜的产水的总硬度分别在0.5 mmol/L及0.01mmol/L以下,满足热水锅炉及中低压蒸汽锅炉所需软化补给水的水质要求。
【Abstract】 In this study, softening experiments on Nanjing City tap water were conducted with two kinds of nanofiltration membrane (NF270 and NF90). The results show the total hardness of the produced water of NF270 and NF90 is lower than 0.6mmol/L and 0.01 mmol/L respectively, meeting the water quality standard of heating-water boiler and middle or low pressure steam-boiler respectively. The dissolve-diffusion model and Donnan effect model are applied for the analysis and explanation of the experimental results.
