5A分子筛对铜离子的吸附性能和机理研究
ADSORPTION PROPERTIES AND MECHANISM OF COPPER ION ON 5A MOLECULAR SIEVES
【摘要】 本文测定了铜离子5A分子筛上的吸附平衡和动力学数据,吸附平衡符合Langmuir方程,并得到了模型参数,说明Langmuir模型能够描述本体系的特性,采用XRD对5A分子筛吸附铜离子前后的结构变化进行分析,探讨了其吸附机理,是物理和化学的综合作用,化学作用对吸附效果有促进作用为吸附过程的设计提供一定的参考,也为铜离子和硝酸根离子的废水同时处理提供了一个途径。
【Abstract】 The adsorption equilibrium and kinetics data of copper ion on 5A molecular sieves were measured.The adsorption equilibrium data were simulated with Langmuir adsorption model.The adsorption equilibrium data were in conformity with the calculating value with the model parameter.Results has showed that Langmuir adsorption model is suitable for describing characteristics of the system including copper ion and SA.The adsorption mechanism obtained by XRD methods is a synthetical action of physicsal and chemical actions.Adsorption effect is promoted by Chemical action.Those data are necessary for the design of the adsorption separation process and provide a basis for concurrent treatment of wastwaters containing copper ion and nitrate radical.
