ED-EDI工艺制备高纯水的研究
PREPARTION OF HIGH PURE WATER BY ELECTRODEIONIZATION PROCESS
【摘要】 通过电渗析(ED)后接电去离子(EDI)过程的实验研究,考察了进水流量、原水水质因素对EDI产水水质的影响,并探讨了EDI过程去离子的最佳操作参数。实验表明:进水导电率越低,适当提高膜堆的操作电流及加大进水流量,都可以提高产水水质。
【Abstract】 By combining electrodeionization(EDI) with electrodialysis, the experimental study has been done for the process of EDI. The influence of the raw water conductivity and the electric current on the EDI stack etc. were investigated. The optimal operating conditions of EDI stack were discussed.It was found that the high quality pure water can be obtained by increasing the current of the EDI stack.At the same time, the lower influent conductivity and increasing the influent flow were helpful to improve the product water quality.
