Fe3+和Al3+对阻垢效果的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF Fe3+AND Al3+ON SCALE INHIBITION
【摘要】 本研究采用静态法评价了在Fe3+和Al3+存在下,各种比较典型的单体阻垢剂(包括有机膦酸盐和聚羧酸盐)对碳酸钙和硫酸钡的阻垢能力。实验研究表明:对于阻碳酸钙垢来说,各种阻垢剂受Fe3+和Al3+的影响不大;对于阻硫酸钡垢来说,所有药剂在Al3+存在下其阻垢性能均大幅度下降;而Fe3+对阻硫酸钡的影响则可以分为三种情况:(1)在所考察的药剂中,大部分药剂的阻钡垢的效果均大幅度降低;(2)氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)受其Fe3+和Al3+的影响不大;(3)羟基叉二膦酸(HEDP)的阻钡垢的能力有所增加。
【Abstract】 The research adopts static methods for evaluating the performance of a variety of classical antiscalants(including phosphonate and polycarboxylate) inhibiting carbonate calcium and sulfate barium. The result of experiment demonstrates that the effect of Fe3+and Al3+on all antiscalants to inhibition of carbonate calcium is not obvious; But to inhibition of sulfate barium scaling, the performance of all antiscalant is greatly reduced in the existence of Al3+; There is three states of the effect of Fe3+ on inhibition of sulfater barium scaling:(1)for researched scale inhibitors, the performance of the majority lowered; (2) the effect on methylenephosphonic acid is not obvious; (3) the ability of hydr oxyethy lidenedi phonic acid to inhibite sulfate barium scaling heightens.
