计算机辅助设备管理信息系统设计
Design of Computer-aided Equipment Management Information System
【摘要】 为解决设备管理系统中状态信息在线获取问题,提出了系统总体功能模型,论述了建立在层级式分布设备底层信息采集网基础上的信息自动获取的具体思路和策略,应用ARCNET现场总线技术对设备内部与设备之间生产信息流进行在线侦听、辨识和截取,从而实现计算机辅助设备管理流程中信息自动化获取的基本要求。并对设备管理中另一个关键的子功能模块———配件管理进行了探讨,并在数据库技术的基础上设计了配件库存预警计算模型。实际应用显示本设备信息在线获取方式可与原有生产工艺流程平行实施,具有明显的非干预性特点,本系统的运行延长了设备定期维护周期,并促进了设备日常故障事后维修逐步向状态维护管理的模式转变。
【Abstract】 Aim at the equipment-info collecting online, a general function model of equipment management information system is put forward. The application tactics of equipment-info collecting online based on distributing infranet are proposed. Aimed at the info-processing automatization, the equipment running state messages can be intercepted and recognised by ARCNET fieldbus. And the spare-parts management function is discussed. A logical course model to foretell the trend of share-parts storage and create orders from equipment-info database is designed. The practical application shows that the info-collecting online procedure can be implemented with the inherent product technics of equipments concurrently. Employed this system, the periods to service equipments regularly are prolonged,and promote a change of breakdown maintenance to condition maintenance.
