活化改性促进β-TCP在模拟体液中类骨磷灰石形成的机理
Formation of Bone-like Apatite from Modified β-TCP in Simulated Body Fluid
【摘要】 为了提高材料的活性以利于促进骨的形成和生长,研究了等离子体活化改性的β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)在模拟体液(SBF)中形成的类骨磷灰石的表面形貌、组成和结构,并探讨活化和沉积的机理。结果发现等离子体处理的β-TCP更容易形成类骨磷灰石。其机理分析是等离子体中的高能、高活性的粒子轰击β-TCP,使其表面刻蚀和粗化,也使β-TCP晶体产生畸变活化,从而增加了磷钙陶瓷的溶解性,易使局部钙、磷离子浓度达到过饱和。材料表面的粗化和活化都有利于类骨磷灰石的成核和生长。
【Abstract】 In order to increase the bioactivity of materials that are helpful for the formation and growth of bone, the surface appearance, constitute and the structure of β-TCP were studied. The mechanism of bioactivation and deposition of the materials was also investigated. The result showed that the formation of bone-like apatite from β-TCP modified by cold plasma technique was easier than that of without modification. The mechanism is that impact on β-TCP by means of the particles with high energy and high activity lead to the rough and etched surface of β-TCP, as well as the distortion of β-TCP crystal ,which increase the dissolvability of β-TCP and the local concentration of the Ca and P ion. It is helpful for the formation of bone-like apatite.
