摆动活齿减速器的双目标模糊稳健优化设计
Fuzzy Robust Optimum Design of Swing Movable Teeth Reducer
【摘要】 将基于正交设计的稳健设计法应用于摆动活齿减速器的模糊优化设计,提出了摆动活齿减速器的模糊稳健优化设计方法。在考虑了影响摆动活齿传动的模糊因素的基础上,建立了以摆动活齿减速器的体积小、效率高为目标的双目标模糊稳健优化设计数学模型。对摆动活齿减速器进行了模糊稳健优化设计,应用模糊综合评判法对该优化设计的结果进行评判,得到了该减速器设计变量的稳健优化设计最优组合。
【Abstract】 A method of robust design based on the orthogonality design is used in the fuzzy optimization design of swing movable teeth reducer. The method of fuzzy robust optimum design of swing movable teeth reducer is put forward.According to various fuzzy factors,a mathematical model of two-objective fuzzy robust optimum design of swing movable teeth reducer is established.The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to judge on the results of optimization design in order to obtain the optimal combination of design variables of the swing movable teeth reducer.
