【摘要】 以提取叶绿素后的蚕沙为原料 ,采用正铁盐溶液作沉淀剂提取蚕沙果胶 ,通过正交试验设计 ,利用方差分析 ,确定了最优工程平均及变动范围的置信区间 ,并对加酸水解时的pH值、铁盐浓度、沉淀时的pH值、沉淀溶液的温度等因子进行了优化 ,得出了铁盐法提取蚕沙果胶的最佳工艺条件为 :加酸水解时pH值为 1.5 ,沉淀时pH值为3.5 ,沉淀溶液的温度为 5 0～ 5 5℃ ,铁盐浓度为 0 .2 2 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pectin was extracted from the cholorphyll-extracted silkworm excrements by molysite method,in which molysite was used as a precipitating agent.By optimizing the experimental cinditions,we have studied the influencing factors of extraction of extraction of pectin.The pH value and temperature show a great influance on the estraction yield.The best conditions are,pH 1.5 for acidic extraction stage,pH 3.5 for precipitation stage.precipition temperture 50～55?℃,and the molysite concentration 0.22%～0.30%.更多还原
