【摘要】 以Ti/PbO2电极作为工作阳极组成的三电极系统,用葡萄糖配制了一系列COD浓度的标准溶液,采用恒电位电解,用测定工作电极上电流的变化值来测定COD的大小。实验确定的最佳测定条件为工作电压1.8V、电解液浓度0.03mol/L、测定时间2.5min;最佳再生条件为再生液浓度0.2mol/L、再生时间2min;COD测定最佳范围为50~350mg/L。发现对葡萄糖水溶液的电解如控制在以上条件下,其COD的浓度值与工作电极上电流的变化值将呈现良好的线性相关性。并通过对已知浓度标准溶液的测定表明该方法对COD测定具有一定的通用性。

【Abstract】 The conventional method for chemical oxygen demand (COD) measurement needs a long time and can not meet the demand for the online test. In the paper, a three-electrode system with Ti/PbO2 as working anode was prepared for the fast determination of COD. By measuring the current change on the anode in a standard solution with different contents of glucose under a constant electrolytic voltage, the COD values can be correspondingly determined. Through the test, the optimized working conditions were determined: working voltage is 1.8?V, electrolyte concentration is 0.03?mol/L,and determination time is 2.5?min, the optimum rebirth condition is: rebirth solution concentration is 0.2?mol/L and rebirth time is 2?min; the optimum COD determination range is 50~350?mg/L under which the COD values can be correlated with the current change in a linear relationship.
