【Abstract】 This paper discusses the issue of economic incentive of commercial banks. Based on principleagent theory and incentiverestrictive theory, we construct an economic incentive dynamic game theory model of commercial banks and use this model to compare and analyze the effects of the following four typical salary incentive patterns, namely, fixed income pattern, profit guarantee and residual allot pattern, annual salary pattern and stock option pattern on the manager’s behavior.
