【Abstract】 This paper analyses the employment potentials in industry section from two aspects: from the change trend of industry department’s structure departure degree and the results of international comparison, the employment potentials in Chinese industry department is very large; analysis of the differences in employment opportunities among regions shows industrialization is an important factor affecting the increase of regional employment. This paper also analyses how industrialization promotes the increase of employment.更多还原
