【摘要】 通过对大田以及温室栽培蔷薇、月季、玫瑰等品种进行远缘或近缘杂交育种试验 ,共选用 1 4个亲本配制杂交组合 2 5个 ,授粉花朵 2 1 8朵。发现对月季授粉后 2～ 6周一些品种逐渐开始败育。经过赤霉素处理的花朵结实率明显提高 ,正确选择母本对结实率也有一定的影响。经过试验 ,大体掌握杂交育种败育的时间 ,从而为克服杂交不亲和 ,进行胚培养打下一定的基础 ;同时确定了各杂交组合的可配性 ,为今后提高月季杂交育种的效率做有益的尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 parent plants were selected and 25 cross combinations were conducted among R. chinensis,R.rugosa and R.spp in the fields and green-house.The results indicated that some cultivars aborted in two to six weeks after pollinating ,the ratio of fruit setting increased after being treated by GA,and selecting suitable female parent could increase fruit setting.Through the experiment,the aborted time has been known clearly suitable,which made a basis to conquer incompatibility and embryo culture.At the same time ,the compatibility of crosses was confirmed and it made an effective attempt to improve the rate of hybrid breeding of R.chinensis.更多还原
