碘化铅多晶合成与单晶体生长研究
PbI2 Poly-Crystal Synthesis and Single Crystal Growth
【摘要】 碘化铅 (PbI2 )的平均原子序数较大 ,碘化铅晶体有较宽的禁带宽度 ,作为一种新型的室温核辐射探测器材料有广泛的前景。本文对碘化铅原料的合成与晶体生长工艺进行了初步研究 ,用垂直布里奇曼法生长出了直径达 2 0mm、长约 3 0mm的完整半透明的碘化铅单晶体
【Abstract】 The Lead Iodide (PbI2) crystal is characterized by a large atomic number and a wide band gap, and is one of the promising materials for room temperature nuclear radiation detectors. As a result, a rapid advancement of PbI2 detector has been seen recently. In this paper the combination of PbI2 multi-crystals and the single crystal growth have been investigated, and a yellow PbI2 single crystal has been obtained with size of about 20mm in diameter and 30 mm long.
