不同工作温度和环境下Ni-P合金镀层耐磨性及耐蚀性研究
Research on Wear Resistance and Corrosion Resistance of Ni-P Coating under Different Working Temperature and Environment
【摘要】 作者分析了Ni-P合金镀层耐磨性、耐蚀性与镀层含磷量、镀液化学成分、施渡工艺、热处理时效之间的关系 ,指出了在不同工作温度和环境下提高镀层表面硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性的方法。
【Abstract】 The paper has analyzed the relation between of wear resistance, corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coating and P content of the coating, chemic component of the coating, plating technology, the time of heating treatment. The method of improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance of coating under different working temperature and environment is presented.
