【摘要】 提出用行程段信息表示字符图像的编码方法 ,以二进制形式存取 ,能节省大量的文件存储空间。预处理阶段 ,使用最佳阈值二值化方法和平滑技术处理样本表格图像。为保证字符图像正确分割 ,先提取样本表格图像垂直边缘 ,然后使用Hough变换检测图像倾斜角度。提出了快速标记行程段中心迭代算法实现字符图像的分割。手写数字样本自动采集实验表明本文方法的有效性更多还原

【Abstract】 A method to code character image based on information of run length is presented, which can save a mass of file spaces with binary form to access data. In preprocessing, optimal threshold value method and smooth technology are adopted to process sample form image. In order to segment character image correctly, vertical edge of sample form image is extracted firstly, then Hough transform is used to detect slant angle of image. Also, a fast iteration method based on center of run-length for character image segmentation is proposed. Testing results of handwritten numerals sampling show that effectiveness of the method.更多还原
