气体空心阴极放电特性测试

【摘要】 作者对空心阴极放电管中充入不同载气的放电性能进行了实验测试,得到空心阴极放电的部分特性。定量给出了氦气空心阴极放电的部分波长数据,为空心阴极放电研究提供基础数据。

【Abstract】 The discharge properties in a hollow-cathode tube filled with gas are measured and the wavelength for Helium discharge is obtained.
