电子与氧、氟和氖原子碰撞角分布的理论计算
Theoretical Study for Angular Distribution of e-O、e-F and e-Ne Collisions
【摘要】 用模型势方法研究和计算了电子被O、F、Ne原子散射的微分截面(角分布),入射电子能量从0.1ev到1.0ev,计算的角分布从0°到180°。从理论研究和计算中看到,随入射电子能量的增加,电子被O、F、Ne原子散射的微分截面呈现规律性变化。
【Abstract】 A model potential method is used to study and calculate the elastic scattering for e-O,e-F and e-Ne Anglular distribution (Differential cross sections ) at the low incident energy region(0.1eV-1.0eV),the distribution angle calculated ranges from 0° to 180°.From the theoretical study and calculation performed,it can be found that the increase in the energy of the electron emitted and the differentid cross sections of the electons scattered by O ,F and Ne atoms change regularly.
