影响可转位球头立铣刀制造精度的参数分析
The Influence of the Insert Pocket Position Errors on Machining Precision for a Ball-nose End Mill with Indexable Inserts
【摘要】 建立了加工刀片槽底面计算机床调整参数的数学模型,分析了在刀片槽加工过程中由于各调整参数的误差而产生的对铣刀切削刃位置的影响,通过分析计算,进而确定了对铣刀切削刃位置影响最大的参数,并给出了由此而产生的加工表面形状误差。
【Abstract】 A mathematical model for determining the machine tool adjusting parameters in machining the insert pocket of a ball-nose end mill with indexable inserts is developed in this paper,and the influence of the insert pocket position errors on the position of the cutting edge is analyzed.From the analysis,the parameter which has greatest influence on the cutting edge position is determined,and at the same time the shape errors of machining surface are calculated with a given example.
