环保型耐电解质涂料印花增稠剂的开发
Development of environmental protection and bearing electrolyte pigment printing thickener
【摘要】 采用 α—羟基丙烯酸与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂反应合成了一种水溶性分散稳定剂 ,将该分散稳定剂与丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸酯等单体在水和 2 0 0 #溶剂油的混合溶剂中通过反相乳液共聚合成了一种环保型、抗渗化、耐电解质的涂料印花增稠剂STZC— 3。对影响增稠剂增稠性能、抗渗化性能、耐电解质性能的各种因素进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 An environment friendly bleeding resistable,electrolyte resistable pigment printing thickener STZC-3 has been synthesized by converse emulsion polymerization in the liquid blended with solvent of water and 200# solvent oil of monomers of acrylic acid,methacrylate,acrylamide,acrylate ester with an water-soluble disperse stabilizer which is obtained by the reaction of α-hydroxy acrylic acid with an polyoxyethylene aliphatic alcohol ether surfactant,and the factors affecting the thicken ability,bleeding resistance ability,elecrolyte resistance ability of the thickener have been discussed.
