【Abstract】 Culture is an important social phenomenon, and is the soul of a nation. The advancement of culture is reflected in the unity of the following 3 aspects: measure of subject, of object and of society. The function of advanced culture is shown in national cohesion, teaching and modeling, value orientation and social criticism.
