基因芯片在妊娠相关疾病研究中的应用

【摘要】 基因芯片技术以信息量大、处理速度快、所需样品少、污染少等优点被广泛用于药物的筛选、新药的研制开发、疾病的诊断。该文通过几个方面对基因芯片在妊娠相关疾病中的应用加以综述。

【Abstract】 With accomplishment of the human genome project (HGP), numerous genome data of animals, plants and microorganisms are also publicized, and there are many works to be carried out widely: such as medicine screening, new drug’s exploitation, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. The gene chip technology is just created on the basis of that. It has attracted more and more researcher’s attentions because of its large amount of information, high processing speed, small amount of samples needed and low pollution. In this article, we summarized those researches on employment of gene chip technique in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gestational diseases.
