【摘要】 多囊卵巢综合征是育龄妇女常见的一种内分泌疾病 ,到目前为止 ,人们从遗传、性腺轴功能失调、肾上腺、胰岛素抵抗、瘦素等方面对其病因进行了大量研究 ,但确切病因仍不清楚 ,近年来其患者的心理问题受到一些学者的关注 ,而从精神、心理学在解剖、遗传和内分泌等方面的研究进展 ,特别是从应激所引起的内分泌变化方面的研究来看 ,精神、心理因素与之有广泛的联系 ,有可能是多囊卵巢综合征的诱因之一 ,并可能是引起其远期并发症的重要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a common endocrine disease of reproductive women. At present, it has been studied from many aspects including genetics, dysfunction of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, adrenal gland, insulin resistance and leptin etc, but the definite etiology is unclear till now. Recently, some scholars paid more attentions to psychological problem of patients with PCOS. According to psychological, anatomical, genetic and endocrinological studies, especially changes in endocrine function resulted from stress, it can be seen that psychic and psychological factors are in close and broad associations with development of PCOS and maybe one of inducing factors and important factors to cause long-term complications of the disease as well.更多还原
