基质金属蛋白酶与胎膜早破
Correlation between matrix metalloproteinases and premature rupture of fetal membranes
【摘要】 胎膜早破是一重要的产科并发症 ,但确切的病因及发病机制仍不十分明确。最近越来越多的证据表明胎膜早破与胎膜本身结构改变有关。基质金属蛋白酶是一类能水解包括胶原质等细胞外基质的蛋白水解酶 ,其分解胶原的螺旋结构 ,可调控细胞外基质含量和胎膜结构 ,与胎膜的破裂关系密切
【Abstract】 Premature rupture of fetal membranes is an important obstetrical complication, but its cause and mechanism are still not well-known. More and more evidences have suggested that development of premature rupture of fetal membranes relates to changes in structure of fetal membranes. Matrix metalloproteinases are a group of enzymes that can degrade extracellular matrix macromolecules, including collagens. They disrupt the helix of collagens and control content of extracellular matrix and formation of fetal membrane structure. So matrix metalloproteinases are associated with development of premature rupture of membranes closely.
