【摘要】 目的 :探讨青春期功血发病机理及治疗方法。方法 :通过对 2 1例青春期功血病人采用雌孕激素复合剂治疗的疗效分析 ,避免了大剂量雌激素应用带来的副反应。结果 :阴道大出血组 ,使用妈富隆 3至 5天完全血止 ,通过一个疗程调经治疗 ,临床治愈率 75 %。阴道淋漓出血组 ,使用妈富隆 1个疗程调经治疗 ,临床治愈率 77%。结论 :使用妈富隆治疗青春期功血方法简便 ,副作用轻更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate pathogenesis and treatment method of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: 21 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated by marvelon----an oral estrogen and progesterone compound, avoiding side effects of high doses of estrogen. Results: In vaginal massive hemorrhage group, bleeding was arrested completely within three to five days by marvelon, clinical cure rate was 75% after one course of antidysmenorrheic treatment by marvelon. In vaginal dripping with blood group, clinical cure rate was 77% after one course of treatment by marvelon. Conclusion: Treatment of puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding by marvelon is convenient, effective and has few side effects.更多还原
