聚羧酸与壳聚糖对棉织物抗菌免烫整理研究
Studies on Antimicrobial OP Finish of Cotton Fabrics with Polycarboxylic acid and Chitosan
【摘要】 通过正交试验探讨了用H2O2氧化降解法制备适用于与聚羧酸MAA-1配合进行抗菌免烫整理的低聚水溶性壳聚糖的最佳工艺,研究了降解壳聚糖与聚羧酸MAA-1配合对棉织物进行抗菌免烫整理的工艺以及降解壳聚糖的浓度和相对分子质量对整理效果的影响。结果表明:用8%聚羧酸MAA-1和4%相对分子质量为9000的降解壳聚糖分两浴整理的棉织物不仅具有较好的抗菌免烫效果,而且具有较好的耐洗性能和染色性能。
【Abstract】 Cotton fabrics treated with 8% polycarboxylic acid MAA-1 and 4% degraded chitosan with relative molecular weight of 9000 by two-step process exhibit not only better antimicrobial DP finish effect, but also better washina durability and dveina property.
